The Elements

The body consists of 5 elements, each covers different aspects of your body physically, mentally and energetically. Clearing blockages from the elements helps to balance health concerns and remain very important techniques to use.

Along with the Essential Tao techniques, these are the techniques to start with until your health improves, stresses reduce and energy is building. From there you can use so many other techniques to continually improve in ALL areas of life.

Listed in the articles below are each of the elements, you will have received a email from me with the element to target initially, but you can do them all if you wish. They are simple techniques to use.

Fire Element

The Fire Element is one of the five elements, corresponding to the summer season and associated with the heart and small intestine organs. It embodies qualities of warmth, passion, and transformation. The Fire Element is believed to govern emotional well-being, circulation, and the spark of consciousness, influencing joy, love, and the ability to connect with others.

The Sacred Sound is Ah (pronounce Arr) and relates to the Heart and Small Intestine, the blood vessels and tongue and helps transform and anxiety and depression.

The two techniques below help to restore balance in the Fire Element, the first uses the sound power Ah.

The mantra used in the video below is: 

Chant in 3 steps
Step 1: Inhale through your nose,  exhale and Chant “Ah” (pronounced Arr). Repeat this 4 times


Step 2: Inhale, exhale and Chant “Ah Ah Ah” (as you exhale). Repeat 4 times


Step 3: Inhale as before, chant

Metal Element

The Metal Element is one of the five elements, symbolizing autumn and associated with the lungs and large intestine organs. It is linked to qualities such as structure, precision, and the ability to let go. The Metal Element is believed to govern respiratory health, the regulation of energy flow, and the capacity to discern and value what is essential in life.

The Sacred Sound is SI (pronounce Ssi with a short vowel sound) and relates to the Lungs and Large Intestine, the nose and skin and helps transform and sadness and grief.

The two techniques below help to restore balance in the Metal Element, the first uses the sound power Si.

The mantra used in the video below is: 

Chant in 3 steps
Step 1: Inhale through your nose,  exhale and Chant “Si” (pronounced ssi, continuously as you breathe out). Repeat this 4 times


Step 2: Inhale, exhale and Chant “Si Si Si” (as you exhale). Repeat 4 times

The Earth Element

The Earth Element is one of the five elements, representing late summer and associated with the stomach and spleen organs. It embodies qualities of stability, nourishment, and balance. The Earth Element is believed to govern digestion, assimilation of nutrients, and overall equilibrium in the body, both physically and emotionally.

The Sacred Sound is Hu (pronounce Hoo) and relates to the Spleen and Stomach, the muscles, mouth, lips, teeth and gums, and helps transform and worry.

The two techniques below help to restore balance in the Earth Element, the first uses the sound power Hu.

The mantra used in the video below is: 

Chant in 3 steps
Step 1: Inhale through your nose,  exhale and Chant “Hu” (pronounced hoo, continuously as you breathe out). Repeat this 4 times


Step 2: Inhale, exhale and Chant “Hu Hu Hu” (as you exhale). Repeat 4 times

Wood Element

The Wood Element is one of the five elements that represent different phases and qualities in the natural world. It is associated with the liver and gallbladder organs and corresponds to the spring season. The Wood Element is believed to govern growth, flexibility, and the smooth flow of energy or “qi” in the body, influencing emotional well-being and the ability to plan and make decisions.

The Sacred Sound is XU (pronounce Shew) and relates to the Liver and Gall Bladder, tendons, nails and eyes and helps transform and prevent anger.

The two techniques below help to restore balance in the Wood Element, the first uses the sound power Xu.

The mantra used in the video below is: 

Chant in 3 steps
Step 1: Inhale through your nose,  exhale and Chant “Xu” (pronounced shu, continuously as you breathe out). Repeat this 4 times


Step 2: Inhale, exhale and Chant “Xu Xu Xu” (as you exhale). Repeat 4 times

Water Element

The Water Element is one of the five elements, symbolizing winter and associated with the kidneys and bladder organs. It represents qualities of fluidity, adaptability, and the potential for renewal. The Water Element is believed to govern the body’s fluid balance, support the reproductive system, and influence aspects of wisdom and the ability to overcome fear, embodying the fundamental source of life and vitality.

The Sacred Sound is Chui (pronounce chway) and relates to the Kidney and Bladder, the bones, joints and ears and helps transform and fear.

The two techniques below help to restore balance in the Water Element, the first uses the sound power Chui.

The mantra used in the video below is:
