Jin Shin Jyutsu for Fatigue & Energy Renewal

Fatigue, low energy, and brain fog are often signs that your body’s energy pathways are out of balance. Jin Shin Jyutsu offers simple, hands-on techniques that help restore energy flow, support the nervous system, and naturally recharge your body.

These techniques are gentle, easy to learn, and can be done anywhere — seated, lying down, or even during a quiet moment in your day.

1. Shoulder Blade & Elbow Energy Booster

Hold: Top of the shoulder blade (SEL 3) + elbow (SEL 19) on the same side, so that left hand on top of shoulder blade, right hand on left elbow. You can also place your fingers in the elbow crease or just outside the elbow.
Benefits: A powerful overall energy booster that helps reduce fatigue, improve circulation, and wake up the body.

2. Elbows for Physical Energy & Adrenal Support

Hold: Both elbows (SEL 19)
Benefits: Supports physical energy, adrenal function, and helps combat exhaustion and burnout.

3. Sitting Bones Recharge
