SEL’s

Hold points 2, 1, 15, and also the 25 

FLOWS

  • 2 and 15 same side, 15 to 1 (also on painful spot and 15)
  • 2 and ring nail/thumb, then little nail/thumb
  • 2 and same side  1,  then shift from 1 to 5, then from 5 to 7
  • 25 (or low 25 over where it is sore) and hold each toe from little to big (if you can’t reach your toes easily then just hold point 1)
  • 25 and opposite thumb over the ring finger nail, then over the little finger nail

FLOWS

Sciatica

Hold the 15s for 36 breaths (breath in and out is 1 count), don’t change your breath, just a relaxing breath

Hold the base of the spine at L4-5 and point 15

Hold point 2 and 5 on the same side

Hold the opposite pain side 4 (left hand on right 4) and the tail bone

Hold the pain spot in low back (around sacrum) and the outside ankle (16) on the same side
