Jin Shin Jyutsu
This is the “acupressure” technique I use in the clinic and also the technique inside Distant Healing to help remove the blockages in your body. It is a very effective technique and also very gentle.
To use the techniques you will see the list of health areas, inside each section you will see techniques to use. Admittedly there are quite a few and it may seem overwhelming, but watch the video below which gives an overview of the technique and also please download the file which lists and numbers each of the points as an easy access guide to the techniques in each section.
PLEASE NOTE: you can do more than one set of points, you cannot overdo points, you cannot do them wrong, you can do the techniques targeting an area of concern AND the wellbeing techniques too. In fact, the wellbeing techniques are the essential ones, combine these with Tao and you have everything covered. But the individual techniques will target the symptoms quickly so you can feel better fast … but please address the underlying issues too.
