Sleep and Fatigue

Sleep issues and fatigue are very common in todays world. These techniques below can help not only with getting to sleep, but also improving the quality of sleep. Any fatigue issue will also tend to affect sleep too, as will sleep affect your energy levels.

Therefore this group of techniques is worth checking to see if they pulse, if not, then use them often.

Fatigue

Hold point 19 and 11/3 on the same side (simply place your index finger across the elbow fold)

Place your finger tips either side of the top of your head, you can rest your palms over the side of your head too. This held for a few minutes is like having a few hours sleep – great if you do shift work, have young children who wake you in the night etc. 

SPLEEN Flow – tailbone and 5 (or pubic or 1 whichever is easiest), then tailbone + the  opposite 14, then move tailbone hand to 13 (on the same side as the 5 or 1) & opposite 14, followed then by 22 and opposite 14

Right side
Place Left hand on base of spine (coccyx) and
Place Right hand on the right inside of heel bone below the ankle then
Move Right hand and place on left base of rib cage (front) then
Move Left hand and place on right chest then
 Move Left hand and place on left base of collar bone

Left side

Place Right hand on base of spine (coccyx) and
Place Left hand on the left inside of heel bone below the ankle then
Move Left hand and place on right base of rib cage (front) then
Move Right hand and place on left chest then
 Move Right hand and place on right base of collar bone



Sleep

Hold point 18 on the fleshy part of the thumb

Simply hold your Thumb, the thumb covers many sleep and fatigue issues.

Hold on top of your head (called GV20) and between your Eyebrows, this helps sleep and even memory

Hold points 21 and the opposite 1 on the inside of your knee.
