- Hold 4 + 15 on the same side, then 12 +15, then 11+15, then 11+25 – flow for chronic neck, you can do just 11’s also for this flow.
- Hold the points 4/12/11 with one hand and the opposite hi19 then 19
- Hold point 12 and the same side Hi19
