I teach you a variety of techniques:

Jin Shin Jyutsu – which is an ancient art of harmonising life energy within the body. It stands out for its simplicity and effectiveness in releasing tension, reducing stress, and promoting overall well-being through gentle touch and holding specific energy points.

Tao Hands – a remote healing technique that gets to the root cause of all health issues, including stress and anxiety. Highly effective and so simple to use. Included are Tao techniques to super charge the remote healing sessions,

Stress Management – not your standard go out and exercise or spend an hour meditating. These are unique, quick and highly effective ways to drop stress quickly. Most you can do around people without them seeing you do anything at all.

Reflexes – more for aches and pains, but these even reduce stress on the body, allow a better breathing and so much more.

How long is a piece of string as they saying goes …

But for many people you can see changes on day one! With practice then you will continually improve.

But I expect changes quick, which is why I am always there with advice, help and guidance to make sure you see good changes as soon as possible.

I would love to say yes …

But this depends on many factors, the main one being practice.

There is a saying “Tao does 50%, you do 50%”.

So the practice you do daily is key, you only need to spend a few minutes a day. Enough to build quickly and. steadily.

Want faster results … practice more.

But those who follow the advice, do their practice then I can honestly say yes … you will improve and see results quickly.

I understand this is new for everyone, the techniques are not something you may have heard about. So we have an entry level program where you use the acupressure (called Jin Shin Jyutsu) and the reflexes (great for aches and pains too) and the Stress Management techniques. The entry level is only $27.

If you wish to add in the Tao Hands sessions which are a remote healing, then you have two more levels. Want a few sessions each week then it is $47, daily is $97.

You can move up and down program levels as you wish too.

Simply put … yes!

Every technique has text and video demonstrations. I also run regular practice sessions where you can ask for clarification of techniques.

There is a chat function too, so you can ask others for help also.

The vast majority of clients are those who have had issues for many years. The length of time you’ve had issues doesn’t mean less progress or slower.

In fact most people see changes almost over night, not matter how long issues have been there.

But we leave no stone uncovered and I am always there to help. You can contact me at any time for advice, guidance and help.

No!

All the techniques in the program are complimentary and won’t upset what you are already doing, and what you are doing won’t slow down or affect the new techniques.

I encourage all clients to keep seeing their doctor or therapist and as you see changes, talk to them and see if you can reduce or eliminate medications etc.

Actually, there is an app as part of the program so you can use your phone or PC.

Also once you do the techniques a couple of times, you usually don’t need anything at all. But the videos and text are always there to help when you need.
