Change should happen quickly and be consistent too. As long as you follow the techniques as outlined you should be seeing your blood pressure reduce even within the week.

Saying that, everyone is unique. But there are many techniques to use, different approaches for those who are slower to respond. 

So if you think things are not changing as you wish to, please let me know.

Your body is based on habitual processes. It takes 30 days to form a habit and a year to make it permanent. The program is there to make sure you reduce your blood pressure, improve your health and wellbeing … and to stay that way.

But you can stop at any time if you wish. It is your health after all.

I don’t know how my car works, or my TV, phone or computer. But I still use them every day.

The techniques are not a belief system, they are based on ancient wisdom and knowledge, but backed by modern science. An open mind though is always good, and once your blood pressure is back to normal levels you can then believe in the techniques if you wish … but even then it doesn’t matter, as long as they work
