Week 3 — Do Less & Let The Changes Hold

Goal: Reduce the amount of corrective work and see whether your body can maintain the changes.

At the beginning of Week 3, reassess again.

By now you may notice that fewer areas are repeatedly showing up.

This week, instead of correcting daily, perform your main assessment and corrective routine approximately:

2–3 times during the week

For example:

Monday → assess and correct

Wednesday or Thursday → reassess and correct

Weekend → reassess and correct if needed

Each Session:

1. Check the pelvis

Correct it only if an imbalance is present.

2. Recheck your main muscles

You don’t necessarily need to test every muscle in the entire program.

By now you will probably know the few areas that tend to show up for you.

3. Use reflex techniques where needed

If an area is still restricted, use the relevant reflex technique first.

4. Balance the muscle if it still needs it

Then reassess.

5. Recheck your JSJ holds

Use the Jin Shin Jyutsu points or flows you’ve been working with.

Pay attention to areas where the pulse quality doesn’t feel as clear or balanced and spend a little more time there.

The important change in Week 3 is:

Don’t correct something just because you can.

If it tests well, leave it alone.

The aim is to see whether your body can now maintain the improvement with less intervention.
