Monthly Subscription
For our $27 NZD monthly subscription, there are no refunds available. As a month-to-month service, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will still have access to the program for the remainder of your billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
Lifetime Access
For our $197 Lifetime Access plan, we offer a partial refund within the first 30 days. If you decide to request a refund within this period, we will deduct $27 for the first month’s access and refund the remaining amount. Beyond the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued, and you will continue to have lifetime access to the program and future updates.
